An Apology

My apologies to the family and friends and anyone else reading about the shooting of Officers Roy and Andy Garcia of the South Tucson and Tucson Police Depts.
I incorrectly identified Seargent Roy Garcia as being with the South Tucson Police Department.
He was in fact with the Tucson Police Department.
